Frequently asked questions

What is included in the stand package?Stand space, power, exhibitor passes, hotel accommodation with breakfast, drinks and snacks, plus a profile in the exhibitor directory. Details per package under “For exhibitors”.
Is a stand structure included?The packages cover space only. Stand construction, furniture hire and branded walls are available on request.
What additional costs are there?€15 net per m² – covering environmental fee, Wi-Fi, advertising contribution, cleaning and security. No hidden costs.
When are set-up and dismantling?Set-up on Thursday 15 April from 4 pm and Friday 16 April from 8 am to 12 pm. Dismantling on Saturday 17 April from 6 pm.
What does founding partner mean?A limited number of companies help shape the first edition and remain permanently visible as founding partners – including presenter rights per category.
How does the exhibitor directory work?Every exhibitor gets a profile page with logo, description, products, downloads and meeting booking – filterable by category.
Can I speak at the fair?Yes – send us your topic via the contact form (topic “Become a speaker”).
